For all orders placed on our site and purchased in the shop after December 1, we're extending the return deadlines until January 15! Yes, yes, you read that right! You'll have until mid-January to return or exchange your purchase. 😄
Our return conditions are the same: the product must still have all its labels! Refunds are made within 15 working days of receipt of the parcel at the warehouse.
For purchases made in-store, refunds are not possible. But don't worry! You can return to exchange your product in any Cabaia boutique. 🥰
Why this extension? Because we know that sometimes, even if we put all our love into a gift, it may not please or be duplicated. So don't panic, you'll have plenty of time to sort it out!
