Case 1: Your parcel has been shipped
You have received a notification email with a tracking link. Click on the link to track your parcel. You can also track your order from your customer account. You just have to log in to Cabaï and go to the "Orders & Returns" heading.
Case 2: You have not yet received a shipping confirmation email.
In that case, your order is still in preparation. If it takes more than 3 working days, please refer to the following article: 'Order still in preparation / not shipped'.
Case 3: Your order is still indicated as "In preparation at the shipper".
The parcels with the label are all stored in an area where the carriers come to pick them up.
At our warehouse, we have UPS, Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD areas... The carriers collect the parcels and flash them. When they flash the parcel, the tracking link is activated and you can see the progress of your delivery.
However, sometimes the parcels are not flashed by the carriers or are collected by the wrong carriers. In this case, the parcel will remain with the status "Your package is being prepared by the shipper" even though it has left our warehouse. We then have to open an investigation with our carrier to find out if they forgot to flash the parcel or if it is simply lost.


1. Please note: Sometimes the tracking page indicates that your number is not valid. If this is the case you need to wait a maximum of 24 hours and your tracking link will be active.


2. Please note: If you ordered during the Blue Days or Christmas period, the delivery time may be a bit longer.
