Case 1: The deliveryman may have reported that your parcel was delivered without having handed it over. Your parcel will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
Case 2: The deliveryman dropped off your parcel at a neighbor's, or a guardian's house, or left it in a safe place.
Case 3: Your parcel has been dropped off at a pick-up point or post office but you have not received the email notification (do not forget to check your spam). 
You can contact our customer service if your situation does not fit any of these three cases and if you have not received your parcel within 3 working days following the email informing you that your parcel had been delivered.
