Please note: If you wish to return a defective bag, contact our customer service.
For a standard return: you have 14 days after receiving the parcel to return one or more items.
You can download the return label from your customer account or use the one included in the parcel.
You will then have to stick this label on your parcel before handing it over to the Post Office or to a UPS collection point if you are based outside France.
Returns are free of charge outside the DOM/TOM territory and outside the EU, except for Switzerland.
To obtain a refund: The product must be in its original box, with the labels still attached, without stains or traces of use. It has to be able to be sold as-is. You will be refunded within 7 days after receiving the product(s) at our warehouse. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
We do not do exchanges.

Cabaïa will of course accept returns of its products even if we prefer when our customers make the right choice in the first place 😀
The return process involves re-packaging (more cardboard), and re-delivery of the product (more emissions). 😕
