You have a legal period of 14 days from the day you receive your order to proceed to a return.

From your customer account
Log in to your customer account to download the return label:
My account > Orders and Returns > Return an item.
You don't have a customer account?
No problem! To find your invoice and download the return label, you just have to create a customer account with the email address you used when you placed your order: My account > Orders and Returns > Return an item.
Then you just have to stick this label on your package and drop it off at a post office (for a Colissimo label) or at your UPS collection point (for a Chronopost or UPS label).
Please note:
The returns of orders shipped in France are free.
Returns outside metropolitan France have to be paid by the customer.
The product you want to exchange must be intact, in its original packaging and able to be sold as is.
