Spare parts for suitcases

We have spare parts available for our suitcase models (wheels, handles, screws, etc.).

If you notice a defect or breakage, you can contact us directly. We will send you:

• the parts needed for the repair,

• instructions to guide you through the process.

Other products

For our bags and accessories, we do not provide spare parts for customer repairs.

If your product has a defect, we invite you to submit a warranty claim HERE.
If the claim is approved, we will replace the product in full.
The defective product is then either refurbished or processed in our workshop, depending on its condition.

Small parts (carabiners, zipper pulls, bike hooks, etc.)

For simple, replaceable items, you can contact us directly HERE.
We will provide compatible part references that you can purchase as replacements.
