Unlike some brands that rely on a network of partner seamstresses, we do not have affiliated repairers across France.
All potentially feasible repairs are centralized in our in-house workshop, specialized in CABAIA products.
If your product is defective
In case of a defect, we invite you to submit a warranty claim HERE.
If the warranty is approved, we will replace the product with a brand-new item.
The returned product is then taken care of by our workshop, where it is either refurbished or processed according to its condition.
If the warranty is denied
If your warranty claim is not eligible but you still wish to have your bag repaired, we can assess the situation.
We first evaluate the feasibility of the repair with our workshop.
If the repair is possible, we will send you an invoice corresponding to the actual cost of the intervention.
The repair is then carried out directly in our workshop.
