Contact our customer service: Go HERE to explain your situation. You won’t be able to attach photos in your first email. Don’t worry — we will ask for them in a follow-up message.
What happens next?
Once we receive your message, our customer service team will handle your request. We will check whether it was a packing error or if the package was damaged during shipping.
