No problem, you have 14 days to return the product. It must be new with labels and resealable in its original condition. So that the next customer can enjoy a brand-new bag, we really do ask you to respect these return conditions. 👌🏻

For EU countries the return shipping costs fees are free! To obtain the return label, simply download it from your customer account and drop the parcel off at the post office! 

Unfortunately, we do not pay return shipping costs for non-EU countries. This means that we do not offer a return label and that you are responsible for return postage if you live outside the EU.

If your product arrives faulty, and you return it without informing us, it can be put back into stock and then sent on to another customer. If the product is faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us HERE.
