You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product.

The item must be new, with its tags, and resellable in its original condition. Please respect these conditions to ensure quality restocking.

The return label is available directly from your customer account. Simply download it and drop off the package at a Mondial Relay location.

⚠️ If your product is defective upon delivery, do not return it without contacting us first, as it could be mistakenly restocked. In this case, please contact us via this form before sending anything.

Returns are free for metropolitan France and the EU.
Outside of these areas, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
