If a product does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is new and with its original tags. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

• Once the package is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method as your purchase.

• For purchases made with a gift card, the card will be recredited and can be used again.

• If you are returning a product under a warranty claim, you will receive an email with a new code.

You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
