As a reminder, a product must be returned in new condition with its labels within 15 days in order to be refunded.


Once your parcel has been handed over to your carrier, it is returned to us, and you will be reimbursed on the card used for the purchase within 7 working days. 👌🏻

💡Good to know: we don't do exchanges, only refunds!


🌳Cabaia will of course accept returns of its products but, we won't hide it from you, we prefer it when our customers make the right choice of products in the first place 😀

The returns process involves re-packaging (more cardboard), re-delivery of the product (more Co2 emissions). 😕


We do our utmost to ensure that our customers have as much information as possible about our products on our website, but if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact us before you buy!

If you live in metropolitan France and the EU zone, returns are free!

Returns are at your expense if you live outside the EU zone.
