We do not accept returns or refunds in-store, because unlike online purchases, you have the opportunity to try and test products before buying.

⚠️ Important: Do not confuse Cabaia stores with Cabaia resellers. Our resellers have their own sales and return policies. For returns or exchanges of items purchased from a reseller, please contact them directly.

*Exchanges are only possible in the country of purchase (France = return in France, Belgium = return in Belgium, etc.).
