Online purchases cannot be exchanged. They can only be refunded when you make a return.
Why exchanges are not offered online
Managing exchanges in e-commerce requires tracking each return individually, verifying which product should replace which, controlling stock in real-time, and arranging a new shipment.
This process heavily complicates our systems and slows down return processing.
For this reason, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases and instead follow a simple and fast system:
The returned product is inspected and restocked.
Your purchase is refunded.
You are free to place a new order for the product of your choice.
Concerned about stock availability?
If you really want another product and fear it might sell out before your return is processed, you can purchase it immediately.
Your original return will be refunded according to our usual conditions, independently of this new order.
For in-store purchases
Exchanges are still possible for items purchased in-store.
Refunds, however, cannot be processed in-store.
