You returned your Cabaia product to us with a twinge of regret.
You followed the rules of the game: return within 15 days, labels in place, everything perfect. But, you're wondering, "Why hasn't my account shown that long-awaited refund yet?"
Don't panic! Refunds are fast. They're processed within 7 working days of your parcel arriving with us. Once you've received the refund email, it'll just take a short 48 hours for the money to make its big return to your account. 💸
A practical guide to Cabaia's returns policy:
➡️ Bought in shop? Take it back to the boutique for an exchange. Refunds are not possible.
➡️ Bought online? The return's procedure is via our website to obtain your refund.
When we inspect your parcel, we check that your product has all its labels and that it is in perfect condition to be put back on sale, i.e. never used, brand new. 👌🏻
Refunds will only be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Postage costs for the original order will not be refunded.
