- In-Store Purchases : Returns are only possible in-store and result in an exchange. Refunds are not possible for in-store purchases.
- Online Purchases : Return requests must be made via our website. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected. Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
During quality control, we check that the item is new, never used, and has all original tags. If these conditions are not met, the product will not be refunded and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Refunds are processed only via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The description appearing on your bank statement for the refund will be: “CARD XXXXX CABAIA.FR”.
Initial delivery fees are not refundable.

Purchase with a gift card: The gift card will be recredited.
Purchase using a warranty code: The code will be reactivated by our customer service, and you will be informed by email.
