When you choose delivery to a locker or pickup point, you have a maximum of 5 business days to collect your parcel.

This timeframe is set by the carriers and cannot be extended.

For home deliveries via Colissimo or Chronopost

If you chose home delivery and no one is present when the courier arrives:

• your parcel will be deposited at a nearby pickup point,

• you will then have 10 days to collect it.

After these deadlines

Once the period has expired (5 days for locker/pickup point, 10 days for La Poste pickup), the parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse.
Upon receipt, we will process the refund of your order.

We cannot ask a pickup point or carrier to hold your parcel beyond the regulatory deadlines.
