On our international website (www.cabaia.com), customs fees are applied directly at the time of payment depending on the country.

This is not the case on our French website (www.cabaia.fr).
 

The 8.5% import VAT is charged to you upon receipt of the product by the delivery services.

You simply have to send us proof of payment of customs duties and taxes and we will refund the metropolitan VAT at 20%.

The administrative fees for customs clearance and dock dues are the responsibility of the client starting from January 1, 2026.
