Processing and delivery times

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes on average 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, processing begins on Monday.
It is therefore normal not to receive anything before the following Monday or Tuesday.

Tracking email not received

You automatically receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

If you don’t see the email:

• Check your spam folder.

• Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.

It often happens that a typo prevents emails from being received.
In this case, simply contact us:

• We will correct the email address.

• We will resend the confirmations and the tracking link.

If you still haven’t received anything after 3 business days, contact us and we will provide the tracking information.
