After this time, it is impossible to cancel or modify your order. It will already have been sent to the warehouse for preparation and delivery as soon as possible. 👌🏻

• If you've opted for delivery to a relay point, don't pick up the parcel. It will be returned to us after 8 days, and you will receive a refund within 7 working days of us receiving the parcel.
• If you chose home delivery, you can refuse the parcel to the deliveryman (he won't hold it against you) or return it to us free of charge using the returns label in your customer account.
