You have 30 minutes after confirming your order to cancel it from your customer account, in the “Your Orders” section.
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible: the order is immediately sent for processing in our warehouse. Cancelling it would require stopping our entire logistics chain, which is not feasible, especially during busy periods like Christmas.
If delivery is to a pickup point, do not collect the package. It will be automatically returned to us after 5 business days, and you will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive it.
If delivery is to your home, you can refuse the package to the courier or return it to us for free using the return label available in your customer account.
Modifications to orders (changing the product, address, quantity, etc.) are not possible.
