If you are not home when the courier arrives, several scenarios may occur:
1. New delivery attempt
The carrier may decide to reschedule the delivery and try again within 24 hours.
2. Drop-off at a pickup point
Your package may be left at the nearest pickup location to your address. In this case, you have 14 days to collect it, presenting a valid ID.
3. Automatic return to our warehouse
Sometimes, the carrier may choose to return the package directly to our warehouse without leaving it at a pickup point. When this happens, your order is automatically refunded once the package is returned to us.
These steps depend on the carrier and cannot be changed once the delivery process has started.
